- Prepare accurate quantity take offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit out and joinery projects
- Handle project costing, budgeting, variation orders, and cost control throughout project execution
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail
- Coordinate with procurement, design, production, and site execution teams
- Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing
- Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
- Monitor material consumption and project profitability
- Ensure all commercial and contractual matters are managed effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- 6 years of experience in Interior / Fitout in UAE (Required)
- UAE Driver's License (Required)
- Strong knowledge of joinery works, custom furniture, and wood finishes
- Experience in commercial and residential villa fit out projects
- Strong understanding of UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS/costing software
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and shop drawings
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Job Overview
- Looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in interior fit out and joinery works.

- 6,000.00 10,000.00 AED per month
