Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in interior fit-out and joinery works.
The candidate must have hands-on experience handling commercial and residential villa projects in the UAE market.
Experience
Minimum 6 Years UAE Experience (Interior Fit-Out Mandatory)
Qualifications
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects
- Handle project costing, budgeting, variation orders, and cost control throughout project execution
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail
- Coordinate with procurement, design, production, and site execution teams
- Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing
- Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
- Monitor material consumption and project profitability
- Ensure all commercial and contractual matters are managed effectively
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out companies
- Strong knowledge of joinery works, custom furniture, wood finishes, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in commercial and residential villa interior fit-out projects
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects and complete detailed quantity surveying works
- Strong understanding of fit-out materials, market rates, subcontractors, and suppliers in the UAE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying/costing software
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings accurately
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Immediate joiners preferred
