- Proven capability in remeasure contracts, cost control, and valuation of site wide works
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding, particularly with variations and change workflows
- Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation
- Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX, Planswift, etc.) and MS Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced, multi‑discipline environment
- Consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years
- Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure sectors

Your Role

- Consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge of QS software Cost X or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good project background and proven English language technical writing ability.

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
