Responsibilities
- Develop, review, update, and implement healthcare policies, procedures, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure all policies and procedures comply with the latest healthcare regulations and international best practices
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, quality improvement initiatives, and corrective action plans
- Monitor patient safety, infection control, incident reporting, and quality indicators
- Keep the organization updated with the latest healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
- Prepare healthcare facilities for DHA/DoH inspections and regulatory audits
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, preferably in cosmetic and medical facilities
- Strong knowledge of Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH/ADHICS) standards and compliance requirements
- Experience in preparing healthcare facilities for DHA/DoH inspections and regulatory audits
- Hands on experience with JCI and/or ISO accreditation, including implementation and maintenance of accreditation standards
- Ability to develop, review, update, and implement healthcare policies, procedures, protocols, and SOPs
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, quality improvement initiatives, and corrective action plans
- Monitor patient safety, infection control, incident reporting, and quality indicators
- Excellent leadership, communication, documentation, and training skills
- Experience in cosmetic surgery hospitals or aesthetic medical centers (preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation processes (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in Quality Management, JCI, ISO, or Healthcare Accreditation (preferred)

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a proven background in cosmetic clinics and medical hospitals.

Pay
- AED 7,000.00 AED 20,000.00 per month
