China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting an experienced

Senior Qa And Qc Manager

to lead and manage the QA/QC function for a prestigious large-scale construction project in Dubai, UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for senior quality professionals with strong experience in

high-rise buildings, mega projects, main contracting, ISO compliance, inspections, testing, audits, and quality management systems

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the

Project Quality Management Plan (Pqmp)

  • and QA/QC procedures.
  • Lead and manage the project QA/QC team and oversee day-to-day quality operations.
  • Establish project quality KPIs, performance metrics, monitoring systems, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, surveillance, audits, and quality reviews.
  • Review project specifications, IFC drawings, method statements, material submittals, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, ISO standards, local regulations, and company procedures.
  • Manage internal and external NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Establish and manage inspection and testing systems for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, laboratories, and third-party inspection agencies.
  • Supervise material inspections, testing activities, and quality documentation processes.
  • Maintain QA/QC logs, records, calibration registers, and document traceability systems.
  • Conduct internal quality training and awareness sessions for project teams.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with

Iso 9001 Quality Management System

  • requirements.
  • Coordinate with corporate QA/QC and management teams for quality reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum
  • 15+ years of QA/QC experience
  • in large-scale construction projects with reputable main contractors.
  • Strong experience in:
  • QA/QC Management

• Quality Assurance & Quality Control

  • High-rise / tower projects
  • Mega construction projects
