Overview
The Senior QAQC Engineer independently manages quality control operations on construction sites, conducting inspections, managing NCRs, and ensuring all works comply with approved documentation, project specifications, and relevant UAE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document quality inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Implement and monitor ITPs for all construction activities on assigned projects.
- Issue, track, and close NCRs, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented.
- Verify material deliveries against approved submittals and specifications.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure pre-inspection hold points are observed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QAQC reports.
- Support Lead QAQC Engineer and Director in project audits and client inspections.
