Overview
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for LV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and ELV systems.
- Conduct clash detection with mechanical and structural models; coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Extract electrical drawings, panel schedules, and cable schedules from Revit models.
- Maintain model to project LOD requirements and BIM Execution Plan standards.
- Support design team with model-based quantity extraction for procurement.
- Participate in federated model coordination sessions with MEP and structural teams.
