Responsibilities
- Test CRM Dynamics applications to ensure high quality and performance
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform both manual and automated testing activities
- Identify, track, and report software defects
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams
- Validate airline booking and reservation related functionalities
- Support system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure testing activities are completed on time and meet project requirements
- Prepare clear testing reports and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics Testing
- Hands on experience in Automation Testing tools and frameworks
- Experience working on Airline Booking or Reservation Systems
- Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in Agile environments will be an advantage
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
