About the Role

- Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC systems, procedures, and processes
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements
- Lead quality inspections, audits, and monitoring activities across project sites
- Manage and maintain quality management documentation and records
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality matters
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to approved quality plans
- Conduct quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and best practices
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams to achieve project quality objectives
- Prepare quality reports and provide updates to project management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in building, infrastructure, and communication projects
- At least 5 years of experience as the overall QA/QC Manager or QA/QC In Charge on major projects
- Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, procedures, and processes for EPIC projects
- QMS Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry codes, standards, and practices
- Experience in site quality management, inspections, audits, and project coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
