Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for high-impact software projects.

Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Job Type and Compensation
- The engagement is contract-based.
- Compensation is $30 to $80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites covering functionality, performance, and security.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with developers and product teams.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and help engineering teams resolve issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing methodologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of QA automation engineering experience.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Postman for API testing.
- Experience with Cucumber, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Understanding of Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI for CI/CD integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system behavior and automated test failures.
- Performance and load testing experience with JMeter or Gatling is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git and branching strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
