About the Role
The Senior QA Analyst will join the testing team and collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers.
The role combines manual and automated testing to improve the quality and scalability of Financeit's sales financing platform, including opportunities to integrate AI.
What You Will Do
- Perform upstream testing and analysis to prevent bugs from entering the product.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Report, track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality goals and requirements analysis.
- Mentor junior QA analysts and promote quality, ownership, and user advocacy.
- Improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, test reports, and other documentation.
- Execute integration, system, functional, and UAT testing end to end.
