Role Overview
TripArc operates a technology platform supporting travel agencies and advisor networks across North America.
The Senior QA Analyst is a hands-on senior individual contributor focused on test automation, quality engineering, software testing craftsmanship, and QA mentorship.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days per week at the Downtown Toronto office.
Test Automation
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Own automation architecture, including page objects, reusable utilities, fixtures, test data management, and reporting.
- Expand automation across UI, API, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot failed tests.
AI-Assisted Quality Engineering
- Use approved AI tools, including Claude, for test case creation, automation development, code review, and defect investigation.
- Validate AI-generated code and test coverage using sound engineering judgment.
- Share effective AI-assisted testing practices across the QA team.
