Responsibilities
- Lead and direct all proposal activities for development (BOOT) tenders including discussion with all stakeholders to ensure delivery of competitive techno commercial offers aligned with company strategy
- Follow department procedure and prepare required approval documents based on feasibility studies and risk assessment
- Provide high level oversight and final review of complex inquiry files to ensure full compliance with client specifications and VEOLIA standards
- Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and minimize estimation errors
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination between Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and Legal departments for accurate cost and design inputs
- Analyze contractual and financial risks associated with major projects and establish mitigation strategies
- Identify training needs and develop technical competencies of team while monitoring overall performance
- Represent company in high level technical meetings and contract negotiations with key clients and stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure innovative technical solutions and competitive pricing
- Keep abreast of market trends, technological developments, and competitor activities to update bidding strategies
- Ensure all deliverables maintain highest professional standards and reflect company's market position
- Oversee transition from proposal to contract, ensuring final agreements align with submitted technical and commercial offers

- BSc degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 15 20 years of experience including at least 5 years handling BOOT tenders

Qualifications
- Bsc. degree in Mechanical or chemical engineering
Experience
- 15 20 years including at least 5 years handling BOOT tenders

- Comply with applicable ethics and legislation referred to in Veolia Code of Conduct policy, particularly in the fight against corruption and influence peddling.
