- Supervise facilities management, maintenance, security, and housekeeping

- Handle tenant complaints and resolve operational issues
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Property Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of UAE property regulations (RERA, Ejari)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in budget preparation and monitoring
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
