Responsibilities
- Support CIS, Russian, European, and Arabic speaking clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate
- Offer guidance on new developments, resale properties, pricing insights, and market direction
- Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry through contract signing, transfer procedures, and residency eligibility
- Arrange and conduct property tours while handling negotiations on behalf of clients
- Develop and sustain long term relationships with investors, developers, and end users
- Monitor regulatory updates, market shifts, and emerging opportunities within the sector
- Execute outreach and promotional strategies to generate new business
- Work closely with developers, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Requirements
- At least 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Demonstrated success in closing property transactions
- Ability to communicate in Russian or Arabic, alongside English
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle
- Eligible for or already holding a valid RERA certification

About the Role
- CrossBridge Real Estate is a boutique advisory firm operating in Dubai’s property sector, covering off plan projects, secondary sales, and commercial assets.
- We are currently inviting applications from skilled and driven property professionals to join our expanding team.
Main Duties
- Support CIS, Russian, European, and Arabic speaking clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate
- Offer guidance on new developments, resale properties, pricing insights, and market direction
- Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry through contract signing, transfer procedures, and eligibility for residency through property investment
- Arrange and conduct property tours while handling negotiations on behalf of clients
- Develop and sustain long term relationships with investors, developers, and end users
- Monitor regulatory updates, market shifts, and emerging opportunities within the sector
- Execute outreach and promotional strategies to generate new business
- Work closely with developers, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Demonstrated success in closing property transactions
- Ability to communicate in Russian or Arabic, alongside English
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle
