Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliation
- Handle QuickBooks data entry and financial record management
- Issue invoices and prepare payments
- Coordinate WPS salary processing
- Prepare and maintain VAT documentation
- Maintain supplier and broker commission records
- File and organize financial and supporting documents
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management
- Assist with Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance by maintaining AML records and supporting regulatory reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience in Dubai
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Knowledge of VAT, WPS, invoicing, AML compliance, and basic UAE accounting procedures
- Good command of English and Russian (both written and spoken)
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, integrity, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in the real estate industry will be a strong advantage.
