About the Role

- Lead end to end sales processes from client consultation to deal closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate regulations, project launches, and market dynamics
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai's off plan real estate market
- In depth market knowledge, strong investor networks, and proven ability to close high value deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
