Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Tele Caller to join our real estate team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for property consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.
- Generate and qualify leads for property buying and selling.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 0 6 months of tele calling or telesales experience (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi/Arabic are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Target driven with a positive attitude.
Compensation
- Competitive salary + attractive commission structure.
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 5,000 per month.
Schedule
- Work Location: In person.
