About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in off plan property investments
- Source new leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Advise clients on off plan opportunities, market trends, and investment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders
- Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and site visits
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate regulations, launches, and market dynamics
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off plan sales
- Proven track record of successful property transactions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work in a commission based environment
- RERA certification (preferred)
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
