Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the
• full recruitment lifecycle
• for real estate agents (off-plan and secondary markets) and support roles
• Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Conduct
• screening interviews and assessments
• to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain a strong
• pipeline of real estate professionals
• within the UAE market
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals
• Coordinate and manage
• offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding
• Work closely with HR and operations to ensure smooth
• visa processing and onboarding documentation
• Support the development of
• employer branding initiatives
• in collaboration with the media team
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance
• Assist with
• offboarding processes
• when required

Requirements

• Minimum
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector

(Essential)

• Strong understanding of
• off-plan and secondary property markets
• Proven track record of hiring real estate brokers or sales professionals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a
• fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws and visa processes is an advantage
