Join the Dubai off-plan team as a Senior Property Associate.
Manage investor clients, advise on opportunities, and close property transactions in a competitive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in off-plan property investments.
- Source new leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Advise clients on off-plan opportunities, market trends, and investment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay current with Dubai real estate regulations, launches, and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate, focused on off-plan sales.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work in a commission-based environment.
- RERA certification is preferred.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
