Job overview

Key responsibilities

• Capture interior and exterior photography of residential and commercial properties.
• Produce cinematic property videos, walkthroughs, reels and short-form advertisements.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment.
• Conduct drone photography and videography if licensed in the UAE.
• Edit footage with color grading, retouching, sound and subtitles.
• Deliver content within fast turnarounds, often 24–48 hours.
• Collaborate with agents and marketing teams to highlight selling points.
• Recommend staging and shot composition to improve property appeal.
• Maintain and transport equipment across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Portfolio showing property listings, walkthroughs and social media content.
• Proficiency in professional editing tools including Adobe Premiere Pro and related applications.
• Ability to create cinematic, conversion-focused content for listings and advertisements.
• Knowledge of camera systems, lighting and composition.
• Ability to handle multiple weekly shoots and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfort producing 3–5 or more videos weekly.
• Ability to create content for lead-generation advertisements.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with luxury real estate.
• Knowledge of Dubai platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven content.
• UAE drone license or licensed drone experience.
