Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Advisor based in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Property Advisor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, assisting clients in purchases, sales, and leases, and providing expert investment advice.

Daily tasks include cultivating strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, handling negotiations, managing property transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role is crucial for delivering top-tier service and achieving sales targets aligned with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Property Management and handling real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and listing.
  • Strong understanding of Investments and Financial principles in the real estate sector.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the property transaction process.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and market trends is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
