Role Overview
Provide expert planning and project controls support for BHIG’s Project Portfolio Organization.
The role supports successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget while meeting organizational standards and customer requirements.
Planning and Scheduling
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
- Align engineering, procurement, and construction activities with overall project timelines.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
Cost Control and Forecasting
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Track commitments, expenditures, and variances against approved budgets.
- Support monthly cost reporting and earned value analysis.
Governance and Reporting
- Implement Air Products and BHIG project controls procedures.
- Maintain progress measurement systems and performance dashboards.
- Report schedule and cost performance transparently to customers and stakeholders.
Coordination and Change Management
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to validate progress data.
- Support change management and assess the schedule and cost impact of change requests.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and incorporate approved changes into baseline plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of project planning and controls experience in oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- Expertise in Primavera P6, cost control systems, and EPC execution practices.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is required by the source as a technical competency.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Site-based in Jubail at BHIG and customer sites, with occasional travel.
