Senior Project Manager - Water

Our British Columbia team serves as a primary design center for major water projects including potable water treatment facilities, storage reservoirs, pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, and lift stations.

Our team is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a focus on leading and delivering major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across British Columbia.

As part of the British Columbia Water team, you will provide leadership in delivering complex municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects while supporting business growth, client development, and team development.

You will lead projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, budget, and team performance.

• Lead the pursuit and delivery of major municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia.
• Serve as Senior Project Manager for large, multidisciplinary projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to municipal and industrial clients.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, interviews, and strategic pursuits, including MSAs and major RFP submissions.
• Provide technical and project leadership to multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior and intermediate staff.
• Support recruitment, retention, and growth initiatives within the BC Water practice.
