- Enable business transformation agendas by partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful departmental initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving cross functional alignment and execution excellence
- Establish best in class PMO governance, ensuring disciplined delivery and consistent program oversight
- Lead performance tracking and reporting across projects and initiatives, converting data into meaningful insights for executive decision making
- Drive structured governance through high impact forums that foster accountability and accelerate outcomes
- Anticipate and navigate risks and delivery challenges, maintaining momentum across complex initiatives
- Provide clear, timely escalation and resolution pathways, safeguarding program delivery and business value
- Champion continuous improvement, driving innovation and PMO maturity
