Senior Project Manager – System Integration (IT / AV / ELV)
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead large-scale, multi-vendor system integration projects.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure involving IT, AV systems, Security (CCTV/Access Control), and ELV.
This role requires a strategic leader who can manage high-value stakeholders and ensure seamless interoperability between smart technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-domain integration projects (IT, AV, ELV, Security).
• Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and critical path milestones.
- Technical Governance:
- Oversee integration of IT Networking (LAN/WAN), AV Control Systems, and Security VMS to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal executive teams.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage a multi-vendor ecosystem, ensuring compliance with BOQ, specifications, and installation schedules.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all project activities adhere to UAE regulations (SIRA/ADMCC) and client specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Telecom Engineering.
- Certifications:
- PMP or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in System Integration / ELV / IT Infrastructure projects.
- Regional Experience:
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects within the UAE/GCC.
- Tools:
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and a basic understanding of AutoCAD.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-enabled systems, Digital Twins, or Smart City projects.
- Deep knowledge of Fortinet, Juniper, or Cisco ecosystems.
- Background in Command Centers or large-scale Experience Centers.
