- Design integrated AV, ELV, and ICT solutions based on project requirements
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Develop system architecture diagrams, network topologies, rack layouts, and schematics
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for product selection, pricing, and technical support
- Conduct site surveys and attend client meetings
- Support the sales team during presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and international standards
- Collaborate with estimation, procurement, engineering, and project execution teams
- Review tenders, identify technical risks, and recommend value engineered solutions
- Stay updated with the latest AV, ELV, and ICT technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of Presales/System Integration experience in AV, ELV, or ICT
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals
- Good knowledge of UAE authority standards and project specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Technical documentation and estimation skills
- Customer focused approach
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Team player with strong coordination skills

About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled and motivated Presales Engineer with experience in Audio Visual (AV), ELV, and ICT Systems. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, reviewing tenders, and delivering customer focused presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Design integrated AV, ELV, and ICT solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Develop system architecture diagrams, network topologies, rack layouts, and schematics.

- ELV Systems: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Gate Barriers & Parking Management, Intercom Systems, Master Clock Systems.
- ICT Infrastructure: LAN/WAN Networks, Enterprise Wi Fi, Switching & Routing, Data Centre Infrastructure, Server & Storage Solutions, UPS Systems, Fiber Optic Networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of Presales/System Integration experience in AV, ELV, or ICT.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Good knowledge of UAE authority standards and project specifications.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with leading OEMs including Cisco, HPE Aruba, Dell, Lenovo, Samsung, LG, Crestron, Extron, Q SYS, Biamp, Bosch, Hikvision, Hanwha Vision, Axis, Honeywell, Genetec, Milestone, CommScope, Panduit, Belden, Legrand, Schneider Electric, and APC.
