About the Role

- Develop and manage governance, communication and management control systems
- Review organisation structures and recommend alignment measures
- Monitor overall team performance and initiate improvement measures
- Monitor and audit compliance with management systems
- Identify project risks and manage mitigations
- Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
- Manage client stage gateway reviews
- Manage attainment of design stage deliverables
- Attend sites to review HSSE, logistics and progress
- Produce formal reports on project progress
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
- Manage and administer contracts
Requirements
- Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or equivalent
- Buildings sector experience
- Minimum 10 years Project Management experience
- Recognised Project Management Qualification (desirable)
- Membership or chartership of a recognised professional industry body, such as RICS (desirable)
