- Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI driven, agentic solutions
- Identify high leverage opportunities to simplify, automate and eliminate engineering toil using AI
- Drive and deliver product capabilities that support security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with central security, compliance, and engineering teams across North America, India, and other global locations
- Drive planning, pilot design, adoption, and rollout of solutions used by thousands of engineers
- Communicate product direction, roadmap, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and executive stakeholders
- Enable transparent change management, proactively engaging stakeholders and engineering communities
- Use data, adoption signals, and customer feedback to continuously improve product impact and usability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
- 8+ years of product management experience preferred, with direct experience defining and shipping products in complex technical domains
- Hands on experience experimenting with AI and LLM powered workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead large cross org initiatives
- Experience in security, compliance, or engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with Microsoft's engineering ecosystem (e.g., cloud service, SDL, GitHub, Azure DevOps) preferred

Overview
- The Microsoft ES365 Engineering Systems team builds and operates foundational engineering systems for thousands of engineers across Office, Substrate, and E+D organizations.
- We are hiring Senior and Principal Product Managers to lead AI powered and agentic solutions for security, compliance, and developer experience.
- These roles require regular cross time zone collaboration with engineering teams in India.
- Preferred work location is on site in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

Compensation
- Product Management IC4: Base pay range USD $119,800 $234,700 per year; in SF Bay Area/NYC: USD $158,400 $258,000 per year.
- Product Management IC5: Base pay range USD $139,900 $274,800 per year; in SF Bay Area/NYC: USD $188,000 $304,200 per year.
