Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
- 5–7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years leading large or complex IT projects
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI ACP, or ITIL certification preferred

Position Overview
- The Senior Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and business projects.
- This role takes ownership of high visibility initiatives, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and enforces project governance standards.
- The Senior Project Manager mentors junior project managers, fosters stakeholder relationships, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of large scale or multiple concurrent projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource plans in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring corrective actions where necessary.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Enforce project governance standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), and documentation practices.
- Serve as an escalation point for junior Project Managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Oversee project change management, including scope adjustments, risk assessments, and impact analysis.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and customer SLAs.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve processes.
- Contribute to portfolio and program level reporting, supporting strategic decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5–7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years leading large or complex IT projects.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage conflict, resolve issues, and drive consensus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM or PMI ACP, ITIL 4 Foundation or higher.
