Senior Project Manager

Role Purpose

Portfolio Delivery and Governance

• Develop integrated execution plans and track risks, dependencies, milestones, and launch timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure accountability for actions, decisions, and outcomes.
• Maintain blocker registers with owners, resolution dates, and mitigation plans.
• Provide executive dashboards, status reports, governance reviews, and portfolio performance updates.

Technical Readiness and Integration

• Translate business and product objectives into clear, testable technical requirements.
• Coordinate APIs, access rights, environments, technical connectivity, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Data teams on approvals and decisions.
• Coordinate integration testing, acceptance testing, issue resolution, and readiness validation.

Due Diligence and Incubation

• Lead technical due diligence for partners, vendors, and proposed solutions.
• Assess feasibility, implementation risks, and operational readiness requirements.
• Support product incubation, partnership execution, MVP development, validation, and scaling.
• Prepare incubated products for transition into operational business units.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery, integration, or technical product programs in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, solution architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure dependencies, and testing environments.
• Experience conducting technical due diligence and managing delivery dependencies through launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.
• Four to six years of experience in project management, technical delivery, product delivery, program management, systems integration, or related domains.
