Senior Project Manager, Program Delivery & Governance

5+ years of progressive experience in project delivery or program support, with demonstrated growth in responsibility, scope, and complexity.

Experience within a SaaS or technology-driven organization, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and product-led organizations.

Proven experience building and establishing programs or delivery structures from the ground up, rather than simply maintaining existing ones.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and executive (C-suite) stakeholders.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into operational priorities and connect work across functions independently.

Highly self-directed with sound judgment in ambiguous environments, capable of turning broad direction into structured execution plans with minimal supervision.

Experience managing competing priorities across multiple senior leaders, including sequencing work, balancing trade-offs, and making prioritization decisions.

Experience planning and delivering executive forums, strategic offsites, or senior leadership events, with end-to-end ownership beyond event logistics.

Strong ownership mindset, taking full accountability for outcomes and proactively driving initiatives without waiting for direction.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

PMP or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or PgMP).

Bilingual in English and French (not mandatory)

Experience working within a multinational or multi-regional organization operating across multiple time zones and geographic regions.

Experience supporting executive leadership activities, including strategic planning sessions, Board meetings, or executive governance initiatives.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
