- Manage a dedicated workstream within a larger transformation program
- Coordinate migration of operational functions from legacy systems into a unified enterprise platform
- Support project planning, governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and dependency management

- Facilitate successful transition of users, processes, and operational capabilities onto target platform
- Support migration of key operational functions: helpline, pre certification, claims, billing, reimbursement, policy admin, international health insurance
- Act as key link between operational teams and technology delivery teams
- Coordinate defect and issue management activities across the workstream
- Build effective working relationships with operational teams, business users, technical teams, and external partners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting business and technology transformation initiatives
- Experience working on enterprise platform migrations or legacy system modernization programs
- Strong understanding of operational process transformation
- Experience working within multi stream programs with complex dependencies
- Ability to coordinate activities across business and technology teams
- Experience with project governance, reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Experience supporting testing, operational readiness, and transition activities
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities Operations Transformation
- Support migration of key operational functions: Helpline Services, Pre certification Processes, Claims Processing, Direct Billing, Reimbursement, Policy Administration, International Health Insurance.
- Ensure operational requirements are clearly understood and reflected throughout project delivery.
- Support adoption of new processes and ways of working while maintaining business continuity.
Key Responsibilities Business & Technology Coordination
- Act as key link between operational teams and technology delivery teams.
- Work closely with technical specialists for data integration, reporting, platform enhancements, vendor solutions.
- Coordinate cross functional inputs and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Support alignment of business needs with technical delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities Defect & Issue Management
- Coordinate defect and issue management activities across the workstream.
- Ensure operational requirements are represented during testing and validation.
- Support tracking, prioritization, and resolution of system and process issues.
- Help ensure system performance and usability align with operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build effective working relationships with operational teams, business users, technical teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and regular progress updates.
- Ensure clear communication across all functions involved in the transformation program.
- Support collaboration across parallel initiatives and vendor delivered components.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience working on enterprise platform migrations or legacy system modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of operational process transformation.
- Experience working within multi stream programs with complex dependencies.
- Ability to coordinate activities across business and technology teams.
- Experience with project governance, reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- Experience supporting testing, operational readiness, and transition activities.
