Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

AI-First Delivery

• Champion adoption of authorized AI technologies and prompt engineering across delivery teams.
• Use AI tools, developer assistants, and agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate implementations and improve tracking, documentation, and risk forecasting.
• Collaborate with customers to develop frameworks for measuring AI performance for their use cases.

Enterprise Delivery and Governance

• Plan and oversee the complete enterprise Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Manage macro scope, multi-track timelines, systemic risks, cross-project dependencies, and program financial performance.
• Drive high-quality business outcomes while protecting sold-versus-delivered margins.
• Design and enforce delivery governance, engineering standards, quality benchmarks, and quality checkpoints.

Agile and Portfolio Leadership

• Institutionalize Agile delivery architectures using Scrum, Lean, and SAFe frameworks.
• Drive sprint execution, backlog prioritization, flow metrics, and high-performing global delivery squads.
• Govern integrated portfolio plans and long-term delivery roadmaps.
• Provide transparent progress reporting, macro-risk visibility, and technical dependency management.

Stakeholder and Resource Management

• Advise senior leaders and align global organizations through executive communication and steering committees.
• Manage proactive escalation and stakeholder expectations across global accounts.
• Optimize multi-shore resource planning, program budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliation.
• Provide timezone-flexible governance and executive support across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Required Experience

• At least 15 years of IT consulting or services experience and at least 8 years leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience managing multi-cloud, highly integrated Salesforce transformations across listed Salesforce clouds or specialized Industry Clouds.
• Deep Salesforce architecture and delivery-lifecycle knowledge with experience working with Enterprise Architects and Technical Leads.
• Advanced proficiency with AI-augmented productivity suites and LLMs.

Required Certifications and Platforms

• At least two Salesforce Core Consultant Certifications or higher-tier equivalents are required.
• At least one advanced project or scaled Agile management certification is required, from the listed certification alternatives.
• Expert command of platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel internationally or domestically as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Salesforce transformations in healthcare and life sciences, financial services, consumer goods, or retail is desirable.
• Awareness of MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, data streaming, and real-time event-driven architectures is desirable.
• Agentforce Specialist or Legend certification and Agentforce-enabled delivery experience are desirable.
