Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of all MEP works throughout construction, commissioning and handover
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual, programme, safety and quality requirements
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage risks, constraints and critical path activities
- Drive programme recovery and mitigation strategies where required
- Coordinate with construction, commercial, project controls, design and stakeholder teams
- Review contractor schedules, progress reports and recovery plans
- Manage site based delivery activities and ensure effective coordination across multiple work fronts
- Chair progress meetings, technical workshops and package review meetings
- Ensure testing, commissioning and handover activities are planned and executed per project requirements
- Monitor and manage project risks, opportunities and change control processes
- Support commercial teams with review of claims, variations and contractual matters
- Ensure all works delivered in accordance with relevant codes, standards, specifications and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years' experience delivering complex building or infrastructure projects
- Demonstrable experience managing large scale MEP packages through construction and delivery phases
- Experience managing main contractors, specialist subcontractors and multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Experience within a PMC, client side, Delivery Partner or programme management environment preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills
- Professional accreditation such as PMP, MCIOB, CEng, PE or equivalent desirable
- Necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high valued projects for a PMC business

Project Overview
- This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
- Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and manage the delivery of all MEP works throughout construction, commissioning and handover.
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual, programme, safety and quality requirements.

You’ll Need To Have
