Senior Project Manager

THE ROLEThe Senior Project Manager plays a key role in supporting procurement and contract administration of a stream within the Energy Efficiency in Social Housing Program. This streams will trial innovative methods of upgrade and pilot a new method of delivering low-cost energy to apartment dwellers.This will reduce renters' cost of living and help shape a more sustainable future. As part of an innovative and collaborative team, this role will help rapidly progress procurement and contract administration tasks to enable agile delivery of these important projects, along with providing broader support to the unit. There will be other opportunities to support the work of the broader team and unit.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDECollaborate with project partners and participate in the delivery of Energy Efficiency in Social Housing Program innovation ideas for public housing apartments, using your specialist skills and expertise.Coordinate procurement processes, including the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.Manage contractors to ensure they meet their deliverables, adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and scope requirements.Please open the position description to read more.HOW TO APPLYApplicants are encouraged to apply online.
