THE ROLEThe Principal Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the redevelopment of Homes Victoria high-rise tower sites in accordance with the Government's Housing Statement.The Principal Project Managers will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership, oversee and manage consultancies and contractors involved in design, documentation and project delivery and work with key stakeholders including Councils and authorities to progress the projects. This includes coordinating procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, construction contract administration, stakeholder management, reporting and risk and issues management.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEKeep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.Please open the position description to read more.HOW TO APPLYApplicants are encouraged to apply online.
