- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects
- Manage vendor and partners: Partner evaluations, oversee contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation paths
- Drive adoption of AI, cloud services, data governance, and analytics solutions
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and sign off checkpoints with stakeholders
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Experience of managing projects in government/private industry
- Strong track record of vendor/partner management and managing third party service providers
- Experience in AI, Data, Robotics, Cloud, and Data transformation projects
- Hands on experience with IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
- English – fluent (mandatory)
- Chinese (Mandarin) – (mandatory)
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification (preferred)

About The Role
