As a Senior Project Manager – Land Development , you will lead high‑impact projects across Ontario, overseeing the full project lifecycle while building trusted client relationships, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the strategic growth of WSP.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development and municipal engineering projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors

Act as the primary client liaison, building strong, long‑term relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction

Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management

Drive business development efforts through proposals, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives

Guide teams through municipal and agency approvals processes, leveraging WSP’s established stakeholder relationships

Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
