Senior Project Manager Job

Role Purpose

Organizational Context

Portfolio Delivery and Stakeholder Alignment

• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans for priority products and partnership initiatives.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and progress and keep delivery aligned with business objectives and launch timelines.
• Coordinate Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Product, and Sector teams to resolve dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Ensure accountability for action items, decisions, and project outcomes and escalate unresolved issues through governance channels.

Blockers and Technical Readiness

• Maintain portfolio blocker registers with owners, target resolution dates, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor blocker resolution and drive actions that minimize delays and improve execution efficiency.
• Translate business and product objectives into clear, testable technical requirements.
• Coordinate APIs, access rights, environments, integrations, and technical connectivity across platforms, systems, and partners.

Due Diligence and Launch Readiness

• Lead technical due diligence for partners, vendors, and proposed solutions.
• Assess technical feasibility, implementation risks, and operational readiness with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data teams.
• Coordinate integration testing, acceptance testing, readiness validation, and defect resolution before launch.
• Confirm operational, technical, and governance requirements before deployment.

Incubation and Reporting

• Support product incubation, partnership initiatives, MVP development, validation, scaling, and transition to operational business units.
• Develop executive dashboards, status reports, and portfolio performance updates.
• Conduct governance reviews and executive meetings and provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and readiness.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery, integration, or technical product programs in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, solution architecture, cybersecurity requirements, infrastructure dependencies, and testing environments.
• Ability to navigate governance functions and bridge commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with technical due diligence and delivery dependencies through launch.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, technical delivery, product delivery, program management, systems integration, or related domains.
