Overview

- Serves as the central point of leadership for the project team and is accountable for achieving the project's strategic objectives.

- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure effective project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
- Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants to achieve quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports for senior management and oversee project closeout, including final approvals and financial reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering related field.
- Preferably with PMP certification and/or master's degree.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management and construction.
- Proven experience in the execution and delivery of five star hotel projects.
- Extensive experience in high rise tower construction projects.
