About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end project execution including planning, design, procurement coordination, installation, and commissioning
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review and validate system designs (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, Telecom systems)
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost control, and financial tracking
- Handle project invoicing, payment follow ups, and commercial coordination with clients
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Handle site challenges, including coordination with civil and MEP teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Prepare and manage documentation (method statements, reports, approvals, etc.)
- Lead testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized systems and technical support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT / ELV / Security Systems projects
- Proven experience in managing large scale infrastructure or security projects
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Fiber systems
- Experience in project planning, estimation, and execution
- PMP certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic is a plus

Job Summary
