Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor dry mix production lines and packing machines.
- Prepare, weigh, and load raw materials according to approved formulations and production schedules.
- Monitor batching, mixing, and packing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Verify raw material quantities, batch numbers, and production parameters before and during production.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions or production abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and daily output logs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of mixers, hoppers, conveyors, and packing equipment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Support inventory control activities and proper storage of raw materials.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production team members to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating dry mix, mortar, cement, powder processing, or similar production lines
- Experience with batching, mixing, and packing equipment is preferred
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
- Ability to read production instructions, batch sheets, and operational procedures
- Good understanding of workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when needed
