Role Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the construction delivery of hotel related projects.
- Responsible for overseeing the Project, including setting project direction, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery, overseeing all disciplines, ensuring compliance and safety, providing status reports, implementing improvements, managing interfaces, and leading various project related activiti
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and inspires a health, Safety, and wellbeing culture on the project, and empowers the Team to execute on health/safety/wellbeing initiatives, specifically Stop Work authority.
- Works with HSE team to ensure full compliance with regulations, conducts safety audits.
- Manages the achievement of the team's deliverables through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance and developing the team to maximize performance.
- Sets the strategic direction for the overall project planning and execution and Leads collaboration and interface across design, procurement, construction, test, and commission activities to deliver the completed assets in accordance with the approved designs, approved cost plan budgets and by the a
- Manages resources, schedules, financials, and adheres to quality and safety standards, allocates resources effectively, and manages contractors and DPs.
- Leads coordination and interface of disciplines for full oversight of project schedules, costs, risks, quality and safety risks and opportunities.
- Accountable for the approval and compliance of the project execution plan across all relevant stakeholders.
- Provides regular status reports and updates to QIC senior level and other key stakeholders.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Ensures project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
- Supports commercial in budgeting and maintain financial controls to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Fosters collaboration and coordination across cross functional teams and districts.
