Senior Project Manager/Engineer Site Development, Land Development

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Civil Engineering Technology diploma.
• 10+ years of progressive onsite private development civil design and project management experience, ideally within Alberta.
• Deep understanding of the on site private development process in the City of Edmonton and surrounding communities, municipal standards, permitting processes, utility servicing strategies, and grading design best practices.
• Registered (or eligible for registration) with APEGA or ASET as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Professional Licensee (Engineering) (P.L. (Eng)), or Professional Technologist P.Tech.(Eng.) in Alberta.
• Project Management Institute (PMP) certification is an asset.
• Proficiency in civil design tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, modelling software, and project coordination platforms.
• Creative problem-solver with strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate competing priorities with confidence.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for project related travel.
