Responsibilities
- Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
- Oversee all aspects of day to day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by staff.
- Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project including head contracts, designs, budgets, authorities and project delivery.
- Create an environment for exceptional team performance to ensure teams, roles, skills and behavior are aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
- Lead and promote the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices.
- Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating and value engineering.
- Participate in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions; provide conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate production stage of Joinery units with factory and ensure following project design, budget, program, and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor procurement strategies to ensure suppliers meet project specifications and program.

- China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead the project team in a large scale High Rise Towers Project in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
