Senior Project Manager

• Design background, to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, with a strong focus on delivery, stakeholder engagement, and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams on complex and high-value projects.
• Develop project charters and sponsor documents clearly defining scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Review and validate project schedules, ensuring proper analysis of time-cost trade-offs and deadline compliance.
• Analyze staffing needs and advise on resource allocation to maintain progress and efficiency.
• Oversee commercial aspects of projects, ensuring full understanding of contractual terms, scope, and deliverables.
• Maintain financial control of the project lifecycle and coordinate with the finance team to manage invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Act as a key interface with clients, consultants, and suppliers—building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
• PMP Certification is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience

• n project management, ideally within architecture environments.
• Proven expertise in creating and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both internally and with clients and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of industry standards, contract administration, and quality control best practices.
