Senior Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop and deliver high-quality visualizations and renderings for various design projects.
• Maintain creative oversight and ensure quality control across all visual deliverables.
• Utilize the latest design software, tools, and technologies to produce top-tier presentations and renderings.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive software library tailored to architectural visualization needs.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to visualize construction and design concepts.
• Present and articulate visual content effectively to internal teams and clients.
• Produce static visualizations and animated walkthroughs across multiple media.
• Translate architectural concepts into visual formats using a range of graphic and presentation tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in visualization and digital design.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in visual design or architectural visualization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logo design, typography, print and digital media, image curation, and packaging design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
