About the Role

- Manage projects from early design to handover, ensuring alignment with scope, budget and programme objectives
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high quality outcomes
- Monitor cost, schedule and risk, maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting and change control
- Support procurement, tendering, contract administration and governance processes
- Build strong relationships across internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and project governance requirements
- Lead audits, assurance reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement activities
- Represent Mace professionally, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree qualified with preferred professional accreditation (PMP, MRICS, MAPM)
- Proven Senior Project Manager with strong design, procurement, construction and handover expertise
- Experienced in client side/PMC environments and embedded roles
- Skilled stakeholder manager across complex interfaces

Job Description

- Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to be seconded into a client organisation.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manages projects from early design to handover, ensuring alignment with scope, budget and programme objectives.
- Coordinates consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high quality outcomes.
- Monitors cost, schedule and risk, maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting and change control.
- Supports procurement, tendering, contract administration and governance processes.
- Builds strong relationships across internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, quality and project governance requirements.

You’ll Need To Have
